With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am proud to serve as Program Manager at The PLAY Boulder Foundation, an organization dedicated to fostering healthy lifestyles and environmental stewardship through community access, advocacy, and education. In 2023, I completed my Master of Social Work degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, honing my expertise in program management, grant development, event planning, and relationship building.At PLAY Boulder, I lead the development and execution of programs that connect diverse and underserved youth with recreational opportunities, empowering them to discover their potential, develop leadership skills, and actively engage in their communities. By partnering with local organizations, schools, and volunteers, I help create inclusive spaces where youth can thrive.My passion for community impact extends beyond program management. As interim Communications and Development Specialist, I have successfully spearheaded fundraising events, secured grants, cultivated donor and stakeholder relationships, and led strategic communications, including social media management.I am committed to driving positive change, and I am grateful to work with a team that values collaboration, innovation, and inclusion as we work to support youth and the environment.
