Providing FM leadership and soft service management to AZ staff and supply partners at Alderley Park, and as part of a network of professionals across the UK & Sweden sites. • Management of the FM Soft services (Inc. Logistics, Cleaning, Lab support, grounds maintenance, Events management and concierge services) delivered by outsourced suppliers Sodexo, with an annual budget of £3.5M.• Responsible for the Sodexo Catering service (Inc. Cash Paying Diner, Vending and Hospitality) - annual turnover of £3M. • Budget control for all FM soft services (c.£9M). Identifying and creating capital and revenue projects to improve existing AZ assets, to optimise the spaces we are projected to occupy (following the sale of the site). • Improved delivery of FM services at Alderley Park through increased collaboration between a range of suppliers (Inc. JLL, Securitas, CBRE, VWR, Veolia, BT, IBM). Implementation of visual planning processes (e.g. Plan, Do, Check, Act) to share weekly updates, track actions, manage change control and share information on lessons learnt.• Lead the “Great Place to Work” agenda through continuous customer engagement initiatives Inc. Roadshow events, Workplace (social media platform), poster campaigns, and annual events like World FM Day.• Ensure operational compliance and SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) through robust auditing & monitoring in readiness of inspections from regulatory bodies Inc. Home Office, Environment Agency, MHRA & FDA.• Proven leader in Marketing & Events, coordinating teams to host visits from for example; Pitch at Palace (Duke of York), BIFM conference, Counter terrorism training, Brand launches, Council and Parliamentary visits.

• FM Service delivery lead & stakeholder manager for south campus buildings (2 x 500-person office blocks, security hub and logistics centre).• Soft service lead for the tender process to outsource 90% of the UK & Swedish FM services, inputting to the RFI, RFP, RFQ stages.• UK Service owner for the Print, Graphics & DOP services, partnering with Canon, Xerox, BT & IBM (budget of £2M).• Change management of a large-scale global project to transition UK sites from desktop printing to centralised multifunctional devices, driving 60% reduction in paper, and 40% reduction in the revenue budget for stationery and consumables.
