Responsible for the Pitney Bowes brand - the positioning, its visual expression, the development and management of the brand identity, and the brand architecture across products and services. Lead Strategic Brand Advertising and Media, launching the first integrated campaign inclusive of TV for Pitney Bowes in over 20 years. Manage the highly effective Pitney Bowes' social media team and award-winning internal agency team.

Led a team focused on consumer marketing for the Bloomberg Media brands which include Bloomberg Television, Bloomberg Radio, bloomberg.com, businessweek.com, and Bloomberg Mobile (Bloomberg mobile web, Bloomberg app, Bloomberg TV+ app, Bloomberg Radio+ app, Bloomberg Businessweek+ app, and Bloomberg Markets+ app).

Managed all consumer marketing for Bloomberg Television in the US including brand positioning, market research, ratings analysis, traditional advertising, event partnerships, guerilla marketing, and social media.

Led a team focused on driving leads among a line of business audience, promoting all relevant products and services from IBM.

Managed strategic advertising for the IBM brand, focusing on print executions largely based on customer testimonials. Developed and managed process for customer inclusion in advertising and developing efficiencies in our production to minimize expense.

Managed global advertising for IBM Global Services, including the launch of Business Consulting Services, the outcome of IBM's acquisition of PwC Consulting.

Managed strategy and development of an integrated marketing communications campaign that launched IBM's business consulting service - the first time IBM had gone out with such a wide reaching message about its business consulting capabilities.

Led advertising research projects to help guide the creative strategy used in IBM's brand advertising messages. Research was focused largely on the e-business opportunities and helping IBM to maintain its #1 position in the e-business space.

Identified creative insights based on research to help guide campaign recommendations for clients. Primary client was the United States Postal Service.
