With over 40 in-person and multiple online programs, as well as custom-designed programming, Kellogg Executive Education helps keep professionals on top of their development efforts.As an Executive Development Advisor, I am responsible for:• Developing, managing, and executing marketing efforts designed to generate enrollment in the Marketing & Sales and Leadership portfolio of Kellogg Executive Education programs.• Collaborating with our internal marketing team members to create and execute lead generating strategies targeting all stages of the marketing funnel.• Partnering with academic faculty, internal marketing, technical and operations teams to promote and launch new open enrollment programs, evaluate and update existing programs to deliver a superior executive education experience.• Connecting with prospective participants from varied global industries and job functions, through one-on-one advising, to determine the best path for each individual’s professional development goals.• Engaging in market research to evaluate interest in new programs, alignment of curriculum and marketing message, and content relevance.

The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) is the largest in-person coach training and leadership training organization in the world and home to the ground-breaking programs that teach the Co-Active Model and Co-Active Leadership Model. As Ambassador I worked to build awareness of and generate enrollment in CTI coach training and leadership development programs; created and supported local learning events, business-building workshops, and networking opportunities; acted as the local resource and contact for CTI faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
