I manage a team of 17 virtual health coaches. I too, work virtually. We conduct daily meetings via webcam and/or phone. The health coaches report to me for questions, suggestions, and advice needed regarding health coaching sessions with our participants. Outside of managing, I am also in charge of our pregnancy specialty team as I am a American Fitness Professional Associates Certified Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist. This team works with pregnant women via phone to answer pre/post natal exercise and nutrition related questions throughout the duration of pregnancy. I also manage 4 of our largest clients where I work to set up meetings with the health coaches who are dedicated to speaking with these clients on a daily basis. In the last year I have taken on a dual role in assisting with management of staffing our onsite coaching services for our clients all over America. In this role I worked to define, interview, and develop the best health coaches for each onsite experience with our clients.

Exercise design and prescription for all patients getting physical therapy services. I also performed all modalties including electrical stimulation therapy, applying hot/cold packs, therapeutic exercises and stretching, and traction treatment.
