As a host, I greeted guests and provided them with seating and assisted with whatever needs that they had (ex. Highchairs, closer seating, table vs. booth, etc.), bussed tables, prepared for anything that servers needed from me (silverware, menus, moving tables for large parties, etc.) As a server, I prepare for the guests needs as well, such as alternative menu for allergies; provide the best service that I can, cheerfully talk to my tables and get to know them.

Looking up student’s accounts, viewing financial aid and past payments, taking payments, filing, making records of payments on accounts, answering phones, helping with questions or concerns to the best of my ability.

Greet guests as soon as they walk into the door, assist with their check ins and check outs, making reservations over the phone, completing daily task sheets of taking care of getting things ready for next day, meeting the guests needs and expectations to the best of my ability.

Providing care to individuals with special needs, helping them with daily activities as well as any personal care they would need. Administering medications when necessary, getting individuals to and from places, taking a caregiver role for a few hours a day to give break to parents/guardians.

Handle the customer’s items and money, bagging and wrapping the appropriate items, counting items before entering fitting room, helping with any questions or concerns to the best of my ability.
