Serve the Department Chair, Vice Chairs, and Senior Administrative Director with ensuringimplementation of strategic vision related to the department’s academic and administrative operations. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, credentialing, and onboarding of over 100 faculty members; work closely with Director of Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives to ensure recruitment practices aligned with department’s DEI commitment; increased racial/ethnic diversity of faculty by 60% and genderdiversity by 300%.
