Why content? Well, content writing essentially started out as my therapist.Allow me to elaborate. Writing content for me started as an outlet, a way to channel all my thoughts, emotions, frustrations and might I even say, anger.In 2014, my three-year-old daughter was diagnosed with autism.The autism diagnosis was shocking, to say the least. Amidst the overwhelming information overload and sea of uncertainty, I felt the need to share our journey, and that is when I started as a guest writer for a parenting magazine.It was this that ignited my passion for writing and unleashed a creative wellspring within me.I further honed my skills at Networx PR, specializing in creating social media content, writing newsletters and press releases. Notably, I contributed to successful events like Africa.com, City of Cape Town Festive Lights, and Wear SA.Transitioning to Swancircle Studio, I embraced the role of a content writer. Here, I crafted articles and reviews, conducted extensive industry-related research, and produced compelling marketing copy.Now, I am thrilled to have recently joined FDC and Black Marketing as a content creator. I am eager to collaborate with this talented team, using my past experiences to deliver impactful and substantiated content.
