Strategic Resource Management:- Internal Staff: Track organizational movements, maintain roster and organizational charts for over 425 ITO professionals, submit new hire position requisitions to HR. Developed and maintain current and historical staff tracking to include labor expense and internal/external organizational movements for senior leadership. Responsible for database conception that consolidates personnel data, internal and external training completions, certification data, and security clearance data exports from a variety of systems. Advise management on a variety of administrative actions. Deployment of employee engagement surveys with analysis provided to senior leaders.- Staff Augmentation: Responsible for initiating professional services procurement process and act as a liaison between the project/program managers and the buyers. Coordinate and support external resources to include temporary employees and external intercompany staff augmentation. Responsible for the onboarding of direct and temporary hires. - Training and Development Manager – Report on annual mandatory training, coordinate internal and external training, provide reports on all certifications held by ITO employees and budget tracking. Responsible for consolidating training and conference attendance requirements in order to provide cost savings across the organization. Additionally, the training coordinator for the newly launched Cloud Center of Excellence. - Internship Program Manager – Created repeatable products, processes, and procedures to create a formalized internship program. Established code of conduct and professional standards across all ITO intern locations in FL, TN, AL, MA, CA and VA. Serve as a prime interface coordinating, planning, and managing the integration of varied systems and new products being developed by vendors that have not been fielded, and could field gaps in War Fighter network requirements.  Act as a primary planner for all actions involving the execution of the configuration management operations for over 250 vehicles participating in the Network Integration Evaluations (NIE). Lead and direct an Integrated Product Team (Configuration Control Representatives, System Engineer, Technical Writer, Drafters, and Cable Fabrication Technicians); work closely with the team to resolve issues during the design, planning, integration, and NIE execution.  Coordinate and monitor the program operations, provide sustainment, provide technical and operational expertise, and monitor equipment and systems design, integration, employment, fielding testing, tracking, trend/root cause analysis, quality control/assurance, and improvement of equipment/systems being evaluated.  Participate in routine briefings and meetings with senior management, vendors, engineers, and military personnel at various levels up to and including O6 (Colonel) level; coordinate with stakeholders on the identification of issues, inadequacies and areas for improvement, and implementation of modifications to existing prototype designs and systems to ensure systems meet requirements for performance prior to handover.  Oversee the extraction of data and prepare reports, correspondence, and detailed documentation for all project management activities including the preparation of presentations and briefings to diverse senior agency officials on issues having program impact.

- Established configuration management in support of the Army’s Agile Acquisition program in conjunction with SAIC engineers. Implemented Standard Operating Processes and Procedures to support the program.- Responsible for the Technical Design Package (Interconnect Diagrams, Top Down Designs, Network Diagrams and Bill of Materials (BOM)) delivery every six months.- Implemented standardization across engineering teams.- Established incident reporting processes and procedures. Responsible for the evolution of trouble ticket reporting from Excel to a database that eventually was hosted on SharePoint.- Conception of vehicle packets that are the cornerstone of the build process.- Responsible for leading Engineering Review Boards, participant in Configuration Control Boards and responsible for completion and delivery of the test Root Cause Analysis.- Liaison to multiple government agencies and other defense contractors.

- Responsible for ensuring government purchased equipment was accounted for (over $1.1M of hardware and $500K software) and returned to appropriate organization when the FCS program was cancelled.- Collaborated on interoperability test threads for new equipment with coordination with the Central Technical Support Facility (CTSF) test floor personnel.- All additional responsibilities described below under FCS program support positions.

Directed and synchronized all resources required to prepare an interoperability test facility to conduct specific test/integration activity for the Future Combat Systems (FCS) Brigade Combat Team (BCT) Combined Test Organization (CTO). - Oversaw the procurement of hardware, configuration management and the preparation of cost estimates, receiving of hardware, and the delivery of hard drives to Configuration Management for imaging, preparation for shipment.- Managed the receipt, handling, storage, accountability of supplies, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery operations for inventory valued in excess of $1.1M; coordinated the implementation of actions involving acquisition and distribution of materials, supplies and equipment, and ensured that inventory was available to meet mission objectives.- Managed all accounting, physical configuration, maintaining of baseline configurations, life-cycle management, initial hardware diagnostics, coordinating hardware repairs with the appropriate manufacturer (i.e. Dell, IBM, General Dynamics, etc) and coordinating repair funding with the business/budget office. - Oversaw and managed the integration of laboratories for the C4ISR component, which included the setup of four laboratories including two in Huntington Beach, one at White Sands Missile Range, and one at Aberdeen Proving Ground; published an operations order that formally encompassed all integrated facilities and support requirements for future tests and integration activities.

Served as a Senior Test Engineer managing Quality Assurance and Quality control for varied information technology infrastructure and architecture projects. - Managed the administration of site surveys, statements of work, and identification of system requirements, system integration, field testing, and preparation of all customer documentation related to system and network infrastructure and architecture; prepare d all technical documentation and implement bill of materials estimates for both new and existing projects under development.- Served as subject matter expert on the Information, Installation, Infrastructure and Architecture (I3A) standards adopted by the US Army and DOD including all continuous improvement, change requests, and quality improvement for design related issues.

Quartermaster First Lieutenant responsible for the planning and coordination of logistical support of 3800 personnel to ensure materiel readiness; Provided input into the management of Brigade’s $5 million budget; Established maintained and controlled the accountability for over $200 million of equipment; Coordinated the implementation of logistical support for reserve component units mobilizing and deploying; Supervised the consolidation of the dining facility to ensure the highest quality of food service; Serving as the Logistical Supply Area Officer-In-Charge and as contracting agent for all field requirements during field exercises and deployments; Regularly prepared report and briefed the Brigade Commander and senior level staff members in all areas of logistics, maintenance, inventory loss, foodservice, and contracting; Developed an inventory loss report tracking system to eliminate over 150 backlogged reports, resulting in over $800 thousand of government property being accounted for in less than 8 months as well as setting the organizational standard for future inventory loss reporting; Provided daily feedback to the Brigade Commander about open and on-going investigations resulting in the Brigade Commander’s ability to make informed and timely legal decisions; Commanded and controlled a guard force of 60 personnel and a quick reaction force of 20 personnel during role as the Base Defense Center Officer-In-Charge during a field exercise resulting the organization’s success in the overall evaluation of tactics and procedures.
