Bought once bankrupt private multi-million dollar retail business. Hired new management, developed local marketing initiatives, implemented robust training program, streamlined operations, and restored company to profitability within first year. Responsible for 100 employees and 4 direct reports. Sold business for a respectable ROI and 8x invested capital.

Worked closely with executive staff to establish a pro-active investor relations program. Advised company management with respect to financial and industry trends, shareholder concerns and competitor actions that may impact the company. Conservatively managed expectations while effectively communicating the company's operational  and financial performance. Served as point of contact for buy-side and sell-side analysts, portfolio managers and other investors. Provided strategic counsel regarding the development of the annual report, quarterly press releases and 10Qs. Developed customized investor presentations for marketing roadshows. Led US, European and Asian shareholder targeting program to optimize long term shareholder value. Tracked peer group valuation metrics.
