Tech Stack includes but not limited to Ruby, Python, JavaScript and libraries, Java (Full Stack, Back-End, Middle and Front) DevOps-AWS, Azure, GCP Cloud; SAP, SDET, Automation, Infrastructure, ETL (Informatica, Snowflake, DataStage, etc.), BI, Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, etc.• Assist in development of new recruiting standards and policies.• Interview prospective recruiting and sales associates.• Mentor and assist new and existing associates on becoming familiar with internal database, corporate policies and procedures, etc.• Was responsible for managing and motivating a small team of recruiters to make sure client requirements are covered.• Assist management responding to RFP’s by providing competitive pricing information• Recruit IT Professionals capable of meeting current and future contract needs. • Source experienced candidates utilizing Internet searches and postings, internal database searches, social media sites, and networking with existing candidates.• Attended several in-house training sessions on how to use social media to search for and attract IT talent. • Establish relationships with associates, candidates and vendors.• Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients.• Conduct overview of company benefits, reference checks and negotiate compensation with candidates.• Generate job leads and referrals by networking with current candidates.• Rewrite resumes to effectively market candidates.• Interact with account managers and clients to identify hiring needs and clarify job requirements.• Revise job descriptions to effectively source for qualified candidates
