My mission is to empower my team, partners and clients with the best tools, resources, and opportunities available.I'm grateful to have been recognized as Broker Manager of the Year, Realtor of the Year, DBJ Outstanding Women in Business finalist and a Denver Business Journal 2023 Most Admired CEO. However, a positive impact on the people I work with and serve is my most meaningful professional achievement. As member of a mortgage start-up Advisory Board, I learned firsthand the contributions corporate boards make to the companies they advise.Community involvement fills my bucket and I've been fortunate to serve on the HomeAid Colorado and HomeServices Foundation for Housing Equity Boards of Directors and the Javonte Williams and Pat Suratin II Executive Committees. As a mentor on the NAR REACH Council, I've advised startups in Property Tech as they scale.Family is important to me and together we enjoy skiing the Colorado slopes, boating on the Chesapeake, Cape Cod, discussing favorite books and podcasts and all of the dogs in our lives: Boo, Moose, Cheddar and Tip. Whenever there are sports on TV, I'll be watching with interest while baking or knitting someone a hat or scarf thanks to my mother's interest in passing on both her business and HomeEc skills.
