- 15 years of professional experience in the fields of International Development and International Education, including three years of experience in monitoring and evaluation- Ability to innovate, as demonstrated by start-up of first international field office for Engineers Without Borders USA (located in Nicaragua), and successful relaunch of the Habitat for Humanity Paraguay - Global Village international volunteer program- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting for a range of stakeholders with data-informed actionable recommendations (staff, volunteers, donors, board members, and community partners)- Excellent intercultural, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as demonstrated through extensive experience working in multicultural and international contexts with a diverse range of stakeholders- Highly proficient in written and verbal Spanish
