World Bank’s Finance and Accounting (WFA) Summer Interns Program provides experience in the finance functions at the World Bank Group to exceptional students, helping further develop finance and accounting skills while working in departments. Interns work with seasoned finance and accounting professionals on accounting policy, research and analysis in areas related to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)/sustainability and financial reporting, or business automation and transformative initiatives.

Work with non-profit and for-profit clients to create high-impact solutions to enhance sustainable business practices for long-term strategy as a member of Georgetown Eco Consultants. Senior Consultant for the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) tasked with leading a consulting team to optimize business operations by analyzing data collected from research, surveys, and interviews. Work in teams to quantify environmental contributions and integrate ESG considerations in operations. As Project Manager, communicated with the client to build project and benchmarks. Present midterm and final deliverables to the client by building slide decks and data visualizations. Current Board Member and Treasurer overseeing client scoping and internal fund allocation.

Report to the General Manager of Georgetown's Davis Center for Performing Arts to reconcile Procard purchases of staff and create expense reports in Workday software. Assist with procurement needs of the department and build out financial models to prepare current budgets and innovate long-term strategy.

Working directly with Georgetown University’s Office of Strategic Communications’ Media Relations team, duties include:- Manage daily communications: logging media requests, drafting media advisories, and compiling topic-specific media lists for reporter outreach - Facilitating media relations activities: generating content for Georgetown University’s media presence and reporting on student events and news by writing researched stories and profiles for the university’s website.- Drafting Daily Newsletter
