Running your own business reuqires so wearing so many different hats. But in my line of work, I prefer to wear many different bows :)

Before getting hired on as a full time teacher, I worked my way in by substitute teaching. I only subbed a short time before being offered a new position at the school to teach Title One. I developed the program & successful ran that for a year. Then I was offered my own 1st grade class. My favorite thing about teaching 1st grade was teaching kids how to read. I worked hand in hand with our reading specialist & was successful at getting my students to read at or above grade level by the end of the year.
