Oversight and daily operations of the Graduate Student Life program. Fulfilling the mission of the program to create and execute innovative graduate student affairs programming with measurable results in the improvement of the student experience and increase in student retention. Development of strategic projects and partnerships that encourage organizational cross-collaboration, management of processes, and facilitation of student leadership. Multiple liaison roles as a facilitator of student advisory board meetings, university wide communications, and projects to encourage the elimination of silos. This is a collaborative role with the Dean of Students and the Executive Director of the Office of Student Life.

Daily operations and management of the Graduate School and the Graduate Student Assistantship program which included but was not limited to budget management, university wide written and verbal communication of policies and procedures, planning and creation of orientation and training, supervision of students and staff. Creation and implementation of new orientation and training methods focused on the student leadership experience through mentor-student relationships, professional character development, and academic achievement.Assisted in the restructuring of the admissions process into the Graduate Student Assistantship Program through re-designing hiring and contractual processes. Cross-Collaboration with multiple organizational offices to initiate new recognition and evaluation criteria for outstanding GSA candidates and management of over 200 contractual agreements. Project management of multiple IT projects focused on the re-design of hiring and admissions processes resulting in better communication between organizational departments and elimination of silos. Worked collaboratively with the Dean and Associate Dean of the Graduate School and graduate faculty to develop policies and procedures for the GSA program, and graduate faculty leadership.

Daily administrative operations of the Master of Science in Nursing Program. Managed and facilitated daily communication of university policies and procedures for advising, admissions, and curriculum changes to online and residential students and faculty throughout the organization. Management of projects to enhance and improve the student and faculty experience through collaborating with multiple organizational offices directed at student success within online learning platforms. Facilitated faculty curriculum changes, grading, and testing of enrolled students while providing academic advising support to online graduate nursing students from admissions to graduation. Cross-collaboration on special projects with Dean and Associate Dean to ensure accreditation compliance with the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) CCNE and university policies and procedures. Assisted in the writing of new policies, handbook changes, admissions requirements, and the graduate catalog. Analyzation of data for the compliance of state licensing and academic retention reports for predicted student success outcomes.
