Project commenced in 2006 with a scheduled completion in November 2008 at a capital cost of $29 million. Oversaw property and was on target with budgeted lease-up schedule. Achieved 60% occupancy within a 6 month period. Assisted with the punch and acceptance of units from construction and dealt one-on-one with construction superintendent with any warranty issues. Developed successful marketing plans for lease up of property as well as maintained a successful resident retention with rate increases during exterior redevelopment.
