In this role I was a member of the conference services team. I was tasked with organizing over 200 volunteers for the Aspen Ideas Festival and venue managing one of the main venues during the festival. I ensured speakers and guests were able to find their way around the grounds and had all they needed to enjoy the experience. Furthermore I worked the Aspen Security Forum in which high ranking government officials came and shared their expertise. During this I was tasked with working closely with diplomatic security teams to ensure timeliness and smooth transitions between speakers. During this time I also worked the Aspen Action Forum and Opportunity Youth Forum where I was a lead concierge and coordinated travel, conference content and guest experience.
