Designed Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 inclusive size collections for e-commerce and New York Fashion Week. Sole designer of the collection working remote from Los Angeles with monthly meetings on site in New York City.

-Launched for Fall 2018 as a special occasion dress collection represented by PLACE Showroom. -Designed, fit and produced the collection with one partner.-Created all design process with vendors and managed all product through production. -Shipped to Neiman Marcus, Lulu’s, Nisnass and specialty boutiques across the United States.

-Hired, trained and managed team for the 2b bebe label.-Created all design process from divisional calendar to work flow in a start up like environment. -Initiated all operational tasks and used creative strategies to implement structure within team. -Organized and created all design templates for work efficiency across growing team. -Worked hand in hand with cross functional partners and achieved divisional goals.-Achieved 4 consecutive best Black Friday's in company history with a 30% comp for FY14 exceeding goals.-Launched Bebe Outlet category within outlet stores and grew to 60% of total assortment with higher price and faster turns in 6 months time.-Achieved a +13% GM$ comp for FY15.-Presented seasonal mood/trend boards, exclusive prints, trims, and colors to GMM/EVP/CMO for 50 store chain. -Delivered at least one exclusive print per week in store which I developed/purchased/managed and maintained the print and color library.-As director, designed Woven Tops (30-40) per collection, designed knit tops (25-40) per collection, Designed Sweaters/bottoms/dresses/denim/active as needed. Previously designed all sweaters and dresses (knits/woven's) prior to promotion.-Communicated cross-functionally with multiple partners and delivered 9 inclusive collections per year adhering to divisional calendar deadlines. -Managed 6-12 designers and consistently met tight design budget.-Styled all apparel and non-apparel for e-commerce photoshoots to bring original design concepts to life. Provided support on location to Creative Director at photo shoots to ensure consistent and cohesive brand statement across all looks.-Travelled overseas 3 times per year (London/China) and shopped inspiration, worked with key vendors, sourced new fabric/trim at textiles shows and trim markets, maintained key vendor partnerships and sourced new business opportunities.

-Trend/runway reseach, sourced new embellishment and trim, created embellishment layouts, hand sketching, technical packages, fittings and garment specifications.-Designed entire woven top category 30-50 per season.-Managed an assistant designer -Attended daily fittings-Worked with Director on color, theme and print for each season-Daily communication with overseas vendors, in house production and merchant teams

-Designed women's tops and dresses, soft woven's & knits for the young contemporary division.-Women's Design representative for PLM system initiative, process creation and implementation.-Silver award for 'Attitude is everything'
