I Have worked for Office Depot for 9 years at the retail store level. In that time I moved through all the management roles from Operations to General Manager where in each level I learned valuable tactics and skills to build a strong team. I have had experience in scheduling, hiring, payroll budgeting, marketing, training, and team building. Although I am most familiar with retail work, I strive to grow outside of retail sales and look forward to gaining knowledge in other management roles. I have an Associates degree in business and intend to get my Bachelors Degree with 12 plus years in retail sales, 7 of those years at a manager level. My current store held the number one spot in our district in Sales and growth for the year of 2023 and we were ranked 34th in the company for the year. My biggest accomplishment in this company was taking a store that was last place in the district to the top.
