I collaborated with instructional designers, graphic designers, a robust input/review team, and key stakeholders to create monthly materials that meeting leaders used to guide their sessions with members.

Responsible for management of the design team at Mirror Show Management, including exhibit designers, art directors, and graphic designers. Manages the vendor pool (includes recruiting, evaluation, and on-going relationship-building) to ensure the company has first-rate contractors to supplement the internal staff and provide subject matter expertise as needed. Puts together effective project teams who will work well together and met project needs effectively. Performs print/video production, art direction, and editing as necessary. Contributes essays on resource management for the company's blog.

In additional to Art Direction and Print/Video Production duties, worked with Creative Director to hire and supervise art directors, print production managers, editors, and copywriters.
