Committed to the protection of memory and historical heritage, I dedicated my graduate studies to the analysis of concepts such as War and Violence in the Puerto Rican political culture of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, under the New American Military History. Through other research projects and collaborations, I also explored the Spanish period (16th to 18th centuries) and the Cold War in Puerto Rico, as well as local independence movements. My passion for archiving and the management of documentary sources has given me experience in the creation of documentary collections, restoration techniques and conservation of resources in physical and digital format.My professional career, however, has focused on business management, both in the restaurant sector and in private security. I have experience in Human Resources, Accounting, Personnel Supervision, Personnel Management on the road, collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, as well as basic principles of marketing and communication, and project development. My goal is to continue developing skills to collaborate with companies and promote new initiatives of great social impact.
