As a pediatrician and mother, I am passionate about helping families raise resilient children. My approach focuses on attachment & connection, bringing timely resources and coping skills when faced with stress. When we lean in with curiosity about the challenges we face collectively we can respond with meaningful "first aid." Relational and emotional health are key. Fostering awareness of feelings and the ability to talk about feelings as a family when things are hard helps promote long term mental health. Empowering parents to respond to their child's needs rather than reacting to their behavior can make stressful periods in life feel more tolerable. I'm honored to help families with everything they bring to me, one messy moment at a time.
