Key responsibilities include:* Developing a phased, long-term strategy for Knowledge Management and managing its implementation. * Identifying key knowledge stakeholders and liaising with them to establish key roles and responsibilities.* Mapping organisational knowledge across operational business processes.* Establishing a Styles & Standards Guide and ensuring it's adoption across the organisation. * Creating supporting documents including templates and an employee handbook.* Researching and maintaining a user-friendly content repository of categorised, searchable, current content that abides by the standards set out in the Style Guide. * Promoting knowledge sharing through business processes and systems to enable seamless exchange of information across systems.* Establishing a content creation process and facilitating in its internal and external implementation.* Writing documentation; when required and where appropriate. * Providing training and support for knowledge sharing tools, including organising knowledge sharing events, internal and external training sessions, supporting documentation.* Monitoring and evaluating knowledge sharing activities. * Researching current knowledge management best practices, case studies, and technologies.

I entered into a 1-year contract to teach the music component of their Arts and Culture programme as well as Vocal Training. Skills involved were creative brainstorming of Term Themes within a team, converting these into effective lesson plans, and clearly communicating ideas to the learners.
