Served as subject matter expert (SME) on all interoperability projects involving IHE connectivity. Implemented and supported various HIOs, ACOs, and Regional HIE members for IBM Watson Health supported state HIEs. Members utilized federated, non-federated, and cross-community data models to populate master patient index (MPI), patient opt-out registry, and document registries. Consultant to customers’ members’ EHR vendors to ensure all implementations meet IHE interoperability specifications.

Acted as critical technical liaison for partners and 3rd-party vendors designing, developing, testing, and maintaining EMR integrations to Intuit Health’s Patient Portal using RESTful APIs. Served as integration product expert to customers and internal teams while working closely with product management to communicate VOC.

Led execution of new customer implementations and other technical projects while supporting configuration, deployment, and workflow integration of software. Oversaw project plan authoring, status reporting, product training, proactive issue management, and on-site go-live activities.

Provided all aspects of interface setup, interface and translation file programming, and technical configuration for new client installations. Functioned as the focal point for all technical activity to the project for the client, and provided a significant impact on the perception of quality and customer service.

Ensured customer satisfaction by providing professional telephone support, email support, and consultation to customers for all Clinical Xpert products to resolve software, hardware, and configuration issues in production and test environments.
