Gretchen Tucker is the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Regulatory & Governance at BeesMont Law Limited in Bermuda. She supports Boards and executive teams engaged in crisis and change management and regularly advises on bespoke policy development and succession planning.Prior experience includes both commercial and civil litigation, with an academic background in global regulatory frameworks, inclusive of cross-border insolvency.
