• Serve as a key member of the management team, providing strategic input for business operations• Report directly to the CEO and Managing Director• Supervise a staff of three, responsible for all accounting, finance, human resource, and IT functions• Manage all aspects of accounting using QuickBooks, including cash management, general ledger, financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll• Develop annual budgets and forecasts • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, creating financial review packages for owners • Maintain banking relationship and line of credit compliance• Facilitate annual tax return requirements• Oversee onboarding processes for all new employees • Act as administrator for the company’s CRM software, Bullhorn, liaising frequently with the vendor to troubleshoot and develop process improvements • Calculate and manage complex compensation models which include commissions, bonuses, and partnerships• Responsible for risk management, including insurance, legal matters, and contract/agreement review• Create and implement policies and procedures across the organization • Manage and negotiate annual liability insurance and benefit renewals and subsequently lead open enrollment for both internal and contracted employees • Lead administrative and logistical functions to provide employees with an efficient, comfortable, and safe facilities, including complete renovation and expansion of office space, development and implementation of COVID protocols, and initiation of a secondary office
