• Issuance of Production Programs and Schedules for the Chrysler Assembly Plants in Mexico, in order to cover the sales forecast requirements for domestic and export units corresponding to the plants in Saltillo and Toluca.• Preparation of the Daily Production Report for Chrysler’s Assembly and Motor Plants in Mexico, distributed from the level of managers to the Vice-presidency of Manufacturing, in order to compare the real amount of vehicles produced and delivered to sales and invoicing against the amount programmed.• Coordination of the ratification process for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Hyundai and Mitsubishi imported units; preparing the forecast of units to be imported, thereby generating a savings of $300,000 Mexican Pesos due to inventory control.

Material Control Operations Mco

• Coordination and administration of the “Detection and Control of Suppliers in Mexico with Under Shipments” Project, thereby creating an efficient monitoring process that allows for a timely detection and adequate control of suppliers with low shipments, as well as for corrective measures that allow them to improve their performance.• Support in the area of Staff Production Control for monitoring the delivery of materials from suppliers for the Chrysler plants in Mexico, USA and Canada.• Coordination of critical materials or materials with potential delivery problems, by establishing different alternatives for having the materials on time in the plants, avoiding shutdowns in production lines and shortcomes in units.• Monitoring of materials through the SMART (Supplier Material Requirements Tracking) system, to ensure that the delivery of materials is according to the amounts and requirements that were defined.• Use of the CHAMPS (Chrysler Accounting Material Procurement System), a common system for Corporate Production Control, Accounting, Transportation System and for the conciliation of records.
