I am an award winning strategic leader with a multi-faceted track record directing investment research; driving investment, leading on external and internal communications; managing and building teams; and researching, writing and presenting as an economist. With my analytical, economic background, it's no surprise I love communicating financial concepts - all too often cloaked in jargon or turned unnecessarily complex - to very different audiences ranging from individual investors or the press to large-scale sophisticated institutions, creating a consistent voice for the business. Helping teams and businesses navigate change can be hard but I often find it rewarding: identifying new opportunities when existing approaches are no longer optimal, leading people through uncertainty, and developing new processes to strengthen performance - all while consciously managing risks and monitoring progress. I'm especially proud of building great teams that improve performance, increase retention, and boost engagement; talent development is always key to what I do. I thrive on building strong stakeholder relationships, bringing teams and leaders together to collaborate more productively. I consistently (and demonstrably) contribute to corporate culture (inclusivity, diversity, open collaboration) - I'm naturally curious, interested in new ideas, thoughtful, and honest. I'm also multi-lingual and multi-cultural, but I can't sing and although I love running I'm usually the slowest one out there (and it's not getting any better). As my experience has broadened in the past decade, I'm now also open to NED opportunities
