With over thirty eventful years in the performing arts, I am currently back full time at Riksteatret as an artistic adviser, following a three-year stint as the general manager and producer for Mia Habib Productions. I also recently served as a producer at Nationaltheatret in Oslo. A significant highlight of my career is the management of the nine-hour-long performance of "Angels in America." My earlier experiences span stage and production management, organizational development, touring, and lecturing. At Riksteatret, my diverse roles included twelve years as the Head of the Production department and later as an artistic adviser for dance, diversity, visual theatre, and puppetry. Internationally, I have been actively involved in development and partnership projects in Eritrea and Mozambique with Norad and Fredskorpset. My past endeavors encompass a decade-long tenure as the chairman of the board at Teater Manu, where I played a vital role in establishing the Norwegian Sign Language Theatre. Currently, I hold the position of chairman for the Go Figure International Festival.
