- Assists with back-office recruitment and candidate experiences in conjunction with internal partners including but not limited to Talent Acquisitions Managers, Recruiting Supervisor Managers, Recruiting Supervisors, Recruiters, Interviews, and HR Coordinators.- Responsible for the workflow of candidates from the time they are scheduled for an interview, until the time they are hired and start in a new hire training class. - Processes Agent new hire paperwork, including but not limited to: contingent offer letter, eLink for background check and drug testing, and final offer letter. - Contacts candidates via phone, email, and text to drive completion of background, drug test, and final paperwork completion, as well as to update them at each stage of the process, including sending a congratulations email at the time of offer, following up regarding background and drug test results and sending a day start reminder.

- Assist external/internal users of the client's technical products or services; identify, investigate, research, and provide resolution to user questions and problems.- Troubleshoot basic to complex customer issues that are technical in nature; including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.- Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed.- Solve problems that are generally unstructured and require extensive use of conceptual thinking skills. - Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).

- Weekly planning of Operations and Logistics of volunteer groups. - Event planning, customer service. - Accountability of budgets.
