I provide customized solutions for UPS customers to enhance their transportation systems and generate non-package revenues as well as package revenue. I analyze customer requirements and customer information to determine solutions that will assist them in delivering products to their customers more efficiently and develop project scopes to effectively deliver technology solutions. I support the sales personnel to help grow the customer solutions business and keep up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments.
