Twenty years as physiotherapist in a clinic-setting, has given me a lot of of experience, working with all kinds of musculoskeletal problems. The last twelve years I have been combining treating patients with the role as a Clinic-Manager (and owner) at Fysioterapien i Centrum (www.fysicentrum.dk). This has given me the ability to work stategically with different kinds of projects, set the goals, implementing new stategies and procedures. Concurrently I have taken exams in Sportsphysiotherapy, McKenzie-concept, Ultrasoundscanning, Assesment and rehabilitation of muscle and tendon injuries in relation to sport and a lot of other courses mainly related to theese three topics: rehab of injuries related to sport and daily living, management and motivation of employees, the understanding of pain.For a period of two years (2015-2017) I worked part time in a interdisciplinary setup with psychologists, doctors, social workers and nurses, trying to reduce long term sick leave. The physiotherapeutic focus was to help restoring function and educate in ergonomics and pain management and understanding.Since the summer 2020 I have combined the Clinic-Manager job with being the physiotherapist for the boys under 16/17 Danish National Soccer Team.
