    I owned the development and maintenance of an existing cloud infrastructure (in-house fork of OpenStack with the custom Virtuozzo hypervisor driver).Achievements:- Amplified the infrastructure-related deployment success rate from 80% to 98-99%Established a consistent hardware inventory and monitoring system across the three physical locations (Moscow, Novosibirsk, Boston), so the incident response time has been reduced from hours to minutes.- Implemented a software development and deployment workflow inside the department (previously there wasn’t any). As a result, a mandatory code review and peer approval process has been introduced, which has reduced a human factor influence.- Eliminated multiple instances of the deployment artifact storage and merged them into the single source-of-truth repository. This has reduced the project build time approximately by 20%, because the build server and artifact storage were located at the same physical location.- Driven the company-wide hybrid cloud provisioning.
