Towards the peak of the Dot-Com boom, Premier Job Network was a new startup from an existing career counseling firm that was oriented towards linking job seekers with both tools for improving their image as a job seeker with a number of online tools, courses, and research resources, and guiding them towards recruitment firms specializing in the job seekers' career types. We provided better tools and training than Monster, and more opportunity for employers to find the right employee with a higher grade of screening.My job as CIO was to oversee the infrastructure of the company as it grew across 6 office nationwide, and manage a userbase that swelled to several hundred thousand accounts. The company ceased operations in 2001.
