My business passions are analyzing and improving business processes, facilitating cross-functional teams, and managing projects. I have over two decades of experience managing simultaneous projects with cross-functional teams. Many of the projects I managed had multiple strict timelines that had to be met for filing with state regulatory agencies. I know how to move multiple projects with competing priorities forward, and how to lead whether I am a team leader or a team member.It is engrained in my nature to find better ways to accomplish work and tasks. I achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate through Villanova University. I have two decades of experience documenting current and future state processes, looking for root causes, and analyzing data to determine where business processes can be improved and working with teams to realize those improvements. I years of experience authoring and managing business documentation. I understand the importance of documenting new processes and procedures to maintain improvements gained. When new systems and processes were implemented, I provided easy to read desktop procedures for both internal staff and external customers. I authored, and managed the authoring of, easy-to-read desktop procedures, job aids, manuals and policies. I managed a documentation library of 600+ policies, manuals, procedures, job aids and forms. Over the years I also managed the movement of the documentation library to newer systems.I have strong team leadership skills and have spent most of my years working with cross-departmental teams. I know how to move multiple projects with competing priorities forward, and how to lead whether I am a team leader or a team member. I have three decades of experience analyzing processes for improvement and realizing those improvements. I have decades of experience authoring and managing documentation.
