As the Battery Deputy Director, my role is to plan, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Battery unit. This includes managing all the logistical support, keeping track of equipment, and ensuring that safety measures are integrated into everything we do. I work closely with the Battery Director to make sure our personnel and equipment are ready for deployment, combat, and training. I also help in the development of junior officers. Additionally, I assist in tactical planning to provide artillery support to other military units. During live-fire exercises, I take charge of the artillery position, ensuring safety procedures are followed and equipment is well-maintained. In the absence of the Battery Commander, I step into their role to keep things running smoothly.
