I am the type of person who is dedicated to refining my skills and enhancing my knowledge by evaluating previous experiences in order to make continual progress. I approach situations with calmness and rely on structure and organization to restore any conflict that may arise. When there is an unexpected issue, I always make myself available for others and offer assistance in any way I possibly can. I naturally gravitate toward a leadership role and I am confident enough to ask questions to make sure no details are excluded. I embrace any role that is given to me and find fulfillment in seeing my efforts come to fruition. I appreciate a diverse team that brings a wider range of ideas to the table and emphasizes communication. I am the type of person who enjoys a challenge and uses those around me as motivation to refine my skills and rise to a higher level. Knowing this about myself, I work best in an environment where I have the opportunity to interact with my colleagues and surround myself with people who push me to become a better team member and leader. I work best when I have a defined schedule and routine that allows me to analyze details and carefully review others’ work as well as my own. I am always looking for ways to contribute and improve myself for the benefit of not just myself, but those around me as well.
