Designed, assembled, and tested a custom data acquisition system PCB optimized to read 2 CAN busses and 8 analog sensors at 1MHz with millivolt precision. Utilizing a dual core STM32, MicroSD, and XBee3 for multiple modes of data collection. Integrated an external 5in TFT display and a custom-made low-cost LED PCB to allow drivers to view critical information. Utilizing Altium to design multiple PCBs and Solidworks to design 3D-printable, waterproof enclosures. Produced multiple wiring harnesses following Automotive standards (concentric twisting, heat-shrink, kepton tape, kevlar wrap)
