Inventory and Reports• Apply a systematic audit and inventory system.• Maintain engineering records and document in a systematic and orderly manner• Ensure proper record of maintenance of tools and equipment provides guidance to all staff on keeping records up to date.• Submits monthly Water, Electric, and Diesel Utilities to Finance Dept. for their references.3. Others• Participate in Engineering planning• Assist in the supervision of maintenance staff• Plan and Prepare schedule and work assignment of the engineering staff• Prepare and submit weekly Engineering reports and other reports as needed• Regularly coaches staff to develop skills in the different facets of engineering works.• Conduct annual performance appraisal of staff providing honest and appropriate feedback.• Participate in the hiring process, specifically in the screening qualified candidates for a Maintenance position• Attend training and meetings as needed or requested• Perform another task as assigned Show less
