CurrentScrum of Scrums Master for Project Phoenix - Facilitating a budget of nearly $12M, Coaching 10 Scrum Teams, 3 Scrum Masters, and over 100 team members and stakeholders in the development, testing, and deployment effortsAgile Program Manager and Coach - COACHING, TRAINING, ADVISING – Responsible for coaching and mentoring Agile teams, Product Owners, and Management on effective Agile principles - AGILE DEVELOPMENT – Facilitating teams in the development of mission critical BPM, Risk Assurance and Data Analytics applications for the Assurance, Tax and Advisory lines of service- BUDGET MANAGEMENT - Responsible for multi-million dollar budgets from a planning, management, and reporting standpoint- STAFF MANAGEMENT - Performing staff reviews, interviewing, hiring, conflict management and resolution- CONTRACT MANAGEMENT - Managing contracts for multiple vendors both from off-shore providers as well as on-shore vendors. - IMPEDIMENT MANAGEMENT– Utilizing management of roadblocks as a key component within all projects, keeping this as a central focus to ensure the successful implementation of the applications- TOOLS - HP PPM, Service Now, VSTS, Google Docs, Jira and Azure DevOps - RELATIONSHIP BUILDING – working closely with all project stakeholders, sponsors and Product Owners seeking to understand their perspective, being proactive in communications, and providing an honest overall assessment of value proposition delivered by the teams.
