Chase Merchant Services (CMS) was an Alliance between FDMS and JPMorgan Chase Led Business Development with concentration on Internet-based and Business-to-Business (B2B) companies plus Recurring Payment “biller” industries; insurance, utilities, cable and telecos. Headed 15-person team that provided sales engineering, created and managed new services and drove channel & vendor partnerships. • Developed more efficient and productive referral relationship with JPMorgan Chase treasury to increase sales.• In partnership with JP Morgan, built new ACH service that enabled clients to receive ACH and merchant processing through an integrated bundle. • Managed Internet-based channel deals – with partners such as Intuit and Peachtree Software – that promoted services to small businesses, acquiring thousands of new clients for CMS.

Focusing on Emerging Markets for Visa growth, promoted card payments to both merchants and banks in health care, B2B and Recurring Payment “biller” industries. For Recurring strategy, managed cross-functional matrix team across Visa to achieve results. Developed strong relationships and promotions with clients such as Allstate Insurance, AOL, AT&T, Comcast, Safeco Insurance and 24 Hour Fitness.
