CurrentChemical bank is a $6 billion+ full-service community bank with commercial, retail, real estate, treasury management, and trust operations. I define the technology strategy to optimize core business functions, and advance the organization’s objectives for growth, innovation, and competitive position. The Initial goals included unifying a fractured IT organization, optimizing IT infrastructure, modernizing technology applications, and addressing audit findings to maintain regulatory compliance. I drive technology initiatives in loan portfolio management, mobile banking, item processing, and business intelligence. Also, I integrally contribute to M&A activity, directing IT conversion of $2 billon bank and adding 21 branches.► Developed rolling 3-year technology strategic plan, which delivered $1.5 million in savings by rebuilding technology and software infrastructure with capacity for integration and scalability. ► Upgraded consumer lending platforms for exponential growth, raising portfolio capacity from several hundred million to $1 billion+. Upgraded MortgageWare to E3, upgraded DecisionPro and LaserPro, and deployed DealerTrack and Route 1.► Instituted Blitzdocs paperless integrated imaging solution for mortgage origination, to eliminate 300,000-600,000 of printed paper each month, rendering a seamless process from origination through post-closing.► Launched Imaging and Workflow technology utilizing Knowledgelake Capture and Sharepoint Archiving allowing the organization to reduce paper based processes, automate workflow steps and drive process re-engineering. ► Articulated remote data access strategy, initially using BlackBerry solutions, currently migrating to iPhones.
