Andrew Grieve is a Senior Partner in Bain & Company’s Private Equity Group and co-leads the firm's North American Industrials PE practice, and Bain’s NA Transportation and Logistics practice. In this capacity he helps financial investor and corporate clients achieve demonstrably superior returns through strategic and operational diligence and executing value creation initiatives. He has deep expertise in logistics, building products, packaging, and distribution. In addition to client work, Andrew is in his eleventh year of leading Bain’s global recruiting efforts at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, one of Bain's leading sources of talent globally.Prior to re-joining Bain, Andrew worked for Caesars Entertainment as the chief marketer for the company’s casino resorts in the Midwest US. During this time, the region significantly improved the effectiveness of its marketing investment, increasing margins significantly while maintaining or growing market share. Andrew began his career working in finance for Baxter International in Chicago and in Vienna, Austria. Andrew holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern, and a BS in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. He is an avid golfer who also runs, skis, and plays platform & regular tennis -- mostly with his kids.
