• Developed and conducted formal end-user training sessions on Cognos Query and Report Studio. Training was customized using existing data and packages. End users ranged from beginner/novice end users to advanced report authors. (Client’s Cognos business intelligence system was on top of their SunGard Banner ERP solution). • Served as a Cognos Framework Manager and Report Studio mentor to the business intelligence staff.
