Year-round ticket sales duties:•Work with General Manager to design and develop group and specialized ticket packages.•Personally make cold and lead-generated calls to set appointments with a goal to secure group and season ticket sales.•Managing all programs for tracking groups and season tickets.•Work with General Manager to develop, implement and refine sales strategies. •Creating, developing and selling new sources of group sales targets.•Managing all ticket inventory and continually updating Vendini computer ticket system.•Keeping up-to-date on successful sales techniques used by other teams and apply this knowledge to the business. •Preparing weekly ticket sales updates and reports for GM and corporate office.In-season game day duties:•Oversee non-concessions game day staff (ushers, ticket takers, mascot, interns, press box staff), including setting schedules to fill needs determined by General Manager and keeping paid employee payroll records.•Daily update of game day script, pre and in-game special events and other game day “show” elements. Ideally train and guide interns to perform this function.•Assist General Manager in screening interns and game day staff to ensure the right people are in place.•Oversee and participate in setup and takedown of in-park logistical elements (tables, chairs, tents, signage) as needed.•Ensure game “show” is continually entertaining and running smoothly – add and subtract elements as needed.•Service attending groups to meet their varied and particular needs and recognition elements.

-Sold hospitality packages to the BMW Championship at Cherry Hills Country Club in Denver Colorado. -Communicate and pitch C-Level executives of Fortune 500 companies (150+ calls a day).-Manage clients, prospects, and leads through Salesforce.

* Sports Website growth (uploading photos, schedules, rosters). With the use of sidearm sports upload all sporting material to the Athletic Website. * Create game day programs for multiple sporting events on campus* Create tournament programs for tournaments hosted at WOU.* Submit updated rosters and schedules to the NCAA.* Work sporting events on campus (football, basketball). Game statistics and player statistics.
