Griffin holds a Master of Arts from the School of International Service at American University in International Affairs: U.S. Foreign Policy & National Security with a focus on East Asia. He is a former intern at the Thomas S. Foley Institute for Public Policy & Public Service at Washington State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Ethics.He is an alumnus of the John Quincy Adams Society’s Marcellus Policy Fellowship (MPF) class of 2023. His published policy paper analyzed the US-China bilateral trade relationship, neoliberal trade institutions, and the working class. Also, he published an introductory technology policy brief for the Alliance for Citizen Engagement (ACE) on the U.S. CHIPS & Science Act.
