• Responsibilities:o New business development targeting medium to large enterprises in the Greater Atlanta Area. o Managing and expanding client relationships at the Manager, Director, VP and C-Suite level. o Managing the full recruitment lifecycle including gathering job requirements, screening and presenting candidates, negotiating salary and placing candidates on skillsets including: Application Development, Network, Systems, PMO, Customer Support, Cloud Technologies, etc.o Negotiating terms and conditions for new contracts.o Managing timelines and client expectations during the hiring process. o Executing 12+ weekly meetings with existing clients and prospects.o Perform 50+ outbound sales calls daily.• Accomplishments:o Launched and led the Mentorship Program training and developing 10+ junior members of the recruiting team.o Assisted the Managing Director in a newly launched Sales Development Program training team members transitioning from recruiting to sales. Responsible for creating documentation for the Sales Development Program.o Significantly exceeded annual quota in 2015 and 2016. o Led the organization in total revenue for two consecutive years. This includes surpassing the $1,000,000 mark for annual profit in 2016.
