This was a high-quality EBC which hosted on a daily basis, customer executives from all over the EMEA region, providing briefings, workshops, facility tours, technology demonstrations and executive catering. I also led the development of a similar facility and operation at our Lodz, Poland facility in 2007, mirroring the successful formula used in Limerick. My role also encompassed engagement with the wider community in Limerick - from hotel and transport vendors, to Education/University, Social and Tourist contexts. I volunteered for Special Olympics Ireland for the 2014 Games @ Limerick (having also done same for 2010 Games). As well as serving on the Limerick Leadership Council, I was the Venue Manager for the largest games location - University of Limerick Arena, encompassing Aquatics, Basketball and Athletics. I managed an overall team of 420 volunteers in operational areas from Games Management, Facilities, Event and Guest Services, to Operations, Health & Safety and Communications.

At Rand McNally, my responsibilities included running small teams of Customer & Order Services specialists, Production Management of a small software manufacturing & assembly operation, Vendor Quality operation with primarily print vendors, and ultimately, managing a Channel Distribution Operations team.
