Tech Lead for a team within the Health org focused on reporting and transparency. Responsible for leading the engineering of a major redesign of Twitter's report flow which processes about one million reports per day. Also helped mentor more junior engineers and find opportunities for them to grow. I also worked on Twitter's "locked account" experience, it's main enforcement mechanism for rule violations, which is applied to hundreds of thousands of accounts every day.

Started working at Twitter with Crashlytics, now part of Firebase, helping to scale the back end services to handle hundreds of thousands of mobile crash reports per minute. Branched out to work on internal tools for Twitter's legal and operations teams. Also helped maintain the platform upon which multiple agent review tools are built on top of, which triage the upwards of a million reports Twitter receives per day so that humans can review the most actionable content.

Worked to new products (related content and sponsored content) as well as a major overhaul to the existing publisher tools (share buttons). Also created a system to serve as the source of truth for all content in the network, as well as crawling tens of thousands of web pages per day. Worked across Ruby (and Rails), Java (mostly Jetty) and Coffeescript.

Each month I have a different mentor and I work with them on different projects.

A multi-facted position, including packaging books to be mailed, filing away papers, and data entry. Per my skills, also helped with website management and graphic design of both print and digital advertisements and fliers.

Working in the office I write blog posts, monitor the analytics for our various sites and do some graphic design and web development.

Managed and updated the website as necessary, including updating old code, theme of the site, as well as general corrections to articles. Also serve as an IT person for the staff, helping them with various technical problems including accessing our network, and setting up the network in the first place.

Laid out various sections of the newspaper, determined where to place articles and accompanying graphics.

As dockstaff, always working with the public, including teaching classes and signing out boats to members. Duties also included at certain times janitorial, catering, gardening and security detail services.

Responded to professors who needed help operating technical equipment in classrooms including computers, audio and visual equipment.

Shelved books in the Wesleyan University as well as `shelf reading,' i.e., making sure that all of the books are in the correct order. Requires excel- lent attention to detail.
